Sir AP McCoy - A Sporting Legend is the ultimate celebration of the extraordinary career of this amazing sportsman, from his first winner in Ireland on the Flat in 1992 through to his final ride, ironically again on the Flat - in the Leger Legends Stakes at Doncaster.

Close friend and former jockey Mick Fitzgerald has written and compiled the book in collaboration with author Sean Magee, who has written many horseracing books including Lester's Derbys and Arkle.

This beautifully crafted book of more than 300 pages is case-bound in fantastic Peltouch cloth. It outlines the professional·and personal stages in AP's career, with anecdotes from family, friends, trainers, owners, fellow jockeys, doctors and medical staff who treated his many injuries, providing a section of x-rays and medical records.

The Collector's Edition is limited to a total of 1992 numbered copies worldwide, each personally signed by Sir Anthony McCoy OBE

Packed with photographs, many of which have never been published before, as well as a specially commissioned photo shoot of AP at work. There is a section of exclusive personal pictures which have been selected by Chanelle McCoy as well as a section of pictures AP has taken on his mobile phone over the years! We detail the highs and lows of his phenomenal career.
