Process & order times

Processing time is currently 1-2 business working days from completed order.

Orders containing in-stock products, received before 12noon Monday to Friday, will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders containing in-stock products, after 12noon Monday to Friday, will be dispatch the next working day. All orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail.


Pre-order products

Orders that contain pre-order products will be shipped separately at no extra cost to our customers. In-stock products will be shipped in-line with our delivery terms above. Pre-order products will be shipped on their individual release date, which is shown on the product page and directly underneath the ‘Pre-order’ button prior to purchase. You may receive shipping notifications for orders that contain pre-order products, but these notifications are only applicable to the in-stock items on the order. International/EU Pre-order products

If you live outside the UK and wish to purchase a pre-order product as well as a product that is currently in stock in our warehouse, please ensure you purchase on separate orders. International shipping legislation dictates that we cannot split single orders for shipping to customers outside the UK.

Any single orders received with both pre-order AND in-stock products will be shipped ONLY when the pre-order product becomes available.

 

EU Shipping

EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

  1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150(excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.

  2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times.

  3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the 150limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.

  4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support at shop@racingpost.com for assistance.
