Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on your selected subscription plan and your access to Raceform Interactive renewed by the Racing Post after each successful renewal charge.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and your access to Raceform Interactive will automatically renew each month.
You must provide us with the complete and correct payment information. You can pay by either credit or debit card.
By submitting credit or debit card payment details to us you agree to purchase Raceform Interactive using the payment details provided. We will continue to collect these recurring payments for your subscription until you pause or cancel the service (see below). We will use the standard card updater file service used by banks and subscription providers to collect expiring and other card details if and when these become out of date. This is done according to the UK banks procedures for collecting and distributing this data. In the case of unauthorised payments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Raceform Interactive service. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to Raceform Interactive. Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, it will be necessary to suspend your access to Raceform Interactive, until you provide us with details of a valid credit card. You can do this by updating your payment details in your customer account/portal. This can be accessed via the link supplied in the original email you first received once subscribed or by logging into your Racing post Shop account and selecting the 'View Subscriptions' button.
We will try to process your payment promptly but this does not guarantee that Raceform Interactive will be available to you by any specified time. A contract with you for receipt of Raceform Interactive will become legally binding from the time at which we take payment from you.
(a) Any reimbursement or refund made by us, in relation to Raceform Interactive will only be made to the bank account or debit/credit card used to make payment or part payment. We will in no circumstances pay money to any third party or to any other bank account, debit or credit card. If for any reason we are unable to process a refund to your bank account or debit/credit card, for any reason, the refund will be sent by cheque to the address you have provided, as part of the original registration process or any update of such address.
(b) We will refund all monies due to you in relation to your cancellation or downgrading of your subscription package within 30 days of the date on which such cancellation or downgrade takes effect.

By law, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods and services within 14 days from receiving access to Raceform Interactive. To cancel any purchase, when it consists of physical products such as books, videos, DVDs or software products, within the seven working-day period, please contact our Support Centre on +44 (0)1933 304 858 or e-mail us at risupport@racingpost.com for advice on how to return purchased items.

Sure! We provide four subscription plans: Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month. Each plan will be renewed to match the duration you have subscribed to. For example, if you have purchased a 3-month subscription plan, you will be charged for an initial period of 3 months, and then this is renewed at the same price every 3 months.
Your subscription payment will be taken on the same date as your original order. You will receive a notification 3 days before your subscription renews, and your payment is taken. We will notify you again once the payment has been taken.
Yes, of course. The only time a subscription cannot be paused or cancelled is if your subscription plan is part of a block/prepaid subscription. For example, if you have purchased a 3-month subscription plan, you cannot pause or cancel your plan during those first three months. However, your plan can be paused or cancelled after that initial payment period.

We know sometimes things happen and a payment may not be successful. If any payments are unsuccessful, further payment attempts will be made. If payment is still unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused until a member of the Raceform Interactive agent team contacts you.
Yes, you can change your email address, change the subscription interval, add/remove subscriptions, and of course pause, resume, cancel, and reactivate your subscription. Certain features cannot be edited if you are within your prepaid plan duration, i.e., within the first 3 months of your 3-month subscription plan.
