Sure! We provide four subscription plans; Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month and 12-Month. Each plan will be renewed to match the duration you have subscribed to. For example, if you have purchased a 3-month subscription plan, you will be charged for an initial period of 3-months and then this is renewed at the same price every 3-months.
Your subscription payment will be taken on the same date as your original order. You will receive a notification 3-days before your subscription renews and your payment is taken. We will notify you again once the payment has been taken.
Yes, of course. The only time a subscription cannot be paused or cancelled is if your subscription plan is part of a block/prepaid subscription. For example, if you have purchased a 3-month subscription plan, you cannot pause or cancel your plan during those three first months. However, your plan can be paused or cancelled after that initial payment period.
Cancelling or pausing your subscription is easy. You can access your account/portal using the link that you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order, or by logging into your account on the Racing Post Shop.
We know sometimes things happen and a payment may not be successful. If any payments are unsuccessful, further payment attempts will be carried out. If payment is still unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused until a member of the Raceform Interactive agent team contacts you.
Yes, you can change your email address, change the subscription interval, add/remove subscriptions, and of course pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription. Certain features cannot be edited If you are within your prepaid plan duration i.e., Within the first 3-months of your 3-month subscritpion plan.
